Oil An essential oil derived from cryptocaria species bark,
having a typical coconutty lactonic flavor. An excellent source of lactonic
character from a natural product. Useful in WONFs and natural type flavors
of the coconut, dairy, creamy fruit (apricot, peach, tropicals), vanilla and
related types. Massoia bark oil is also good for natural masking flavors, fat
